She gently sways to watch the movement of her full skirt swish back and forth, back and forth.

The sun pours into her sunroom as she meanders through the plants she has mothered and loved for months.

Her Christmas cactus is blooming, her spider plants have so many little baby spiders hanging down to the floor, and the ivy she was gifted is flourishing.

It is her birthday today. She has always loved that her birthday is in the Spring. The perfect time to create, grow and celebrate good weather.

Annabelle packs her purse with a new book she gifted herself and heads out to meet a girlfriend for lunch. Afterwards, she plans a walk in the neighborhood and a nap. Bliss.
